Signature below indicates the buyer is in agreement of the following
conditions of sale: :
1. Adequate sanitary indoor facilities will be provided and this cat/kitten will never be allowed
to be freely outdoors.
2. The seller, to the best of her knowledge and beliefs warrants that this cat/kitten is in good health at the time of purchase/shipping. The seller guarantees the cat/kitten for good health for a period of three (3) days from the time that the cat /kitten leaves the possessions of the seller. During this time the seller recommends that the buyer take the cat/kitten to veterinarian in order to ensure the cat/kitten’s health. During this time, this cat /kitten should be kept away from other cats in household.
3. If, within the 3 day period, the cat/kitten is found to be deficient in anyway, the purchaser may return this cat /kitten for a refund of the purchase price, less the reservation fee and any shipping charges. Cat/kitten must be returned within 7 days of receipt. After the 3 day period, the seller can no longer guarantee the cat/kitten’s health ,except for birth defects.
4. The seller guarantees the cat/ kitten against lethal genetic or congenital defects for 6 months followingthe date of purchase. If during these 6 months the cat/ kitten should die or have to be destroyed due to agenetic or congenital defect, seller will replace the cat kitten with a cat/kitten for her choice and at her earliest convenience. The buyer must provide a Necropsy by a licensed impartial Veterinary Pathologist starting the cause of death is unquestionably a genetic or congenital defect. 5. Other conditions of the sale are as follows: This cat/kitten is being sold as _______________.
6. This cat/kitten will receive first vaccinations. 7. This cat/kitten is not guaranteed against respiratory disease , fleas, ringworms or any nuisance disease.
8. Seller assumes no liability or responsibility for any veterinary care for this cat/kitten after buyer takes possession of said cat kitten.
